Manipulate the market:

Spoiler:

- When you have a mission that will harm a company, invest in its competitor.

- Investing in a car company and destroying other companies cars will raise your stock. Or destroy a bunch of cars, wait for the stock to drop and buy it, then wait for it to rebound.

- Investing in a company and then destroying the competitors delivery trucks will raise your stock.

Truck Sizes:

Inner-City = "Regular" Delivery Truck
Industrial Areas = Large Delivery Trucks
Country Freeways = Big Rigs


You will also hear stock tips on the radio or from NPCs.

Yes this is awesome. I was disappointed they immediately know your car even if you commit a crime on foot then jump in one. The first mission led me to believe this wasn't the case

I suck. I'm finding Trevor's first mission, where you have to kill the bikers, really hard.

If you left the aiming on default I find the shooting missions easy. For PS3, hold L1 (it will auto-lock if they are in range) then R1 to shoot. Let go of L1 and repeat. I cleared out the mission pretty quick. Although I did die once on it standing near an exploding vehicle.

Driving feels a bit like cruisin USA ... Love everything about this game. Haven't gotten lost yet or explored really much out of the city except during a police chase I went for the hills and hit a deer

Lol il friend had same problem. Don't use the analogue stick when landing. Use r1 and l1 to line up the plane and l3 to bring down landing gear.

Lay off the accelerator on approach.

Absolutely amazing game. Only complaint is im around half way through the missions and haven't genuinely struggled on one yet. Hopefully they get harder soon. I remember being stuck on certain missions on SA for ages.

Do you have auto aim switched off?

Ive genuinely found some of the shooting missions quite hard.

Just did the one where you switch between the 3 guys Trevor flying, Franklin sniping and Michael repelling down the building. LOL So sick. The switching between characters takes some getting used too but man its sweet how they did that.

i had the same problem. you just have to unlock the full auto pistol.

Re: the XBOX 360 loading issue... I'm not sure if I did it wrong or not but my game is somewhat buggy... I loaded the installation disc and installed everything no problem... then played the play disc (never had an option to install anything or skip)

While I have been playing I seem to have some small minor framerate problems- but whats weird is if I am in the car and the characters are having a convo and I hit something (happens a lot)... the convo like reloads to the most recent dialogue.

Its not a huge deal and I love the game so much- but I want to see if I re-install if things will run better...anyone having these issues?
