yeah that one tilted me too. i had to try it a few times and was able to get away and hide in an alley before any squad cars arrived at the scene, when you allready have a couppke of cops on your tail you are basicly ****ed.

I agree the cops are deff too strong and you die too too fast, but at this moment in time it's only a minor irritation and you probably become stronger as the game goes.

I heard everybody hates the bike handling as well but I picked up a Sanchez ish bike and went driving the countryside with it and loved it. Didn't fall off too often which I felt like in IV.

anybody know what that ifruity app **** is about? I see it pop up from time to time but I never read it. Does it really only work if you have a smartphone or tablet? Because I don't.

Also, I want to start tuning some cars/bikes, anyway to save them permantly (like if I destroy it it respawns somewhere) and if they get impounded can I recover thetuning?

My save file says 15.1% done. Def the hardest GTA by far in terms of police and ease of dying.

Clipped a curb and sent my car flying, instantly burst into flames and instant death, accidentally did the dive out of a moving car so my torso hit a telephone pole, instant death.

Running from cops:
Spoiler:
Doesnt feel that much more difficult, although they definitely make a sticky situation way worse, and can kill you much faster.

Going to areas with a lot of turns or off-roading is a sure bet way to dodge then.

**** those mini gun golds tho. Those are the only ones I'm having trouble with.

bbfg - The iFruit app is useless at the moment with the bugs it has, but it's used for training Chop/ customizing cars/ life invader/ other **** that will probably be added soon. It doesn't work right now though but I expect it to be pretty cool.

One of the question mark missions involves a minigun as well. Pretty hilarious one too.

GOAT game, can't set it down. 45%ish complete and got it on release night.

Listening to Pure Shores by All Saints and flying down by the Beach in my Bugatti just too good.

Could talk about it so much more and in depth but don't want to spoil it for people

I havent even been out the city yet. I like to let the game take me there. Havent met Trevor but loving every minute of it. The switching of characters is great. Both ive tried so far feel sufficiently different and the missions are actually pretty great. Find myself being interested in the cutscenes rather than phasing out during them.

The cop wanted levels are brilliant i reckon. Speeding away and then finding a alley to hide in is SO much more satisfying than the previous games. Especially at night when theres choppers on you and you find the perfect hiding spot.

Theres so many cool little details i cant even begin to list them all.

Gonna go back to playing it now.

Anyone completely waste their time hiking up the mountain to the cable car? Took forrrrever but I got my first (of 50) letters for that murder mystery thing (achievement I guess).

Came across a train loading facility. Killed all the workers and no cops since we are in BFE

Hi Rusty, sent from my International Samsung Galaxy S3.

I'm really busy this week so won't have much time to play until the weekend, but I did manage to get it installed and played it for about an hour and a half last night.

I can't describe how happy I am that Rockstar found their way back to the real GTA-experience. After being hugely disappointed by IV, I was so worried that would be the path GTA would go from there - especially since reviewers for some reason were having some weird "who can praise IV most"-competition between themselves.

Only thing that would make this better is if it was on the pc, but waiting for that is a lot easier now

The iFruit-app is pretty terrible though. Mostly it won't let me log in (cycling between claiming my accounts can't be synced, that I have no network and at least two other random errors) and when I do get in, it will only work randomly, suddenly freezing telling me there's no network.

I also can't figure out how to train the dog, but if I got to try for more than a few seconds at the time, that'd probably work...

Lol. I was having a fistfight with some crackhead and a girl approached and started filming it on her cameraphone.

Also had a great lol moment last night, doing a bounty hunt, chased the guy down and got him to surrender, unfortunately for him, in his terror he wasn't too aware of his surroundings

Spoiler:
He'd stopped on a train track......

So yesterday I had to get up at 6am, I was out all day at Alton Towers (for work) then had to go in to the office and got home completely shattered at 9pm.

Saw the game, decided "I will just install it because I heard it takes a long time and might as well do it now while I am having a shower".

It loaded and installed pretty fast so I decided "I will just play the first mission to get it out the way and see what the games like"

After doing the first mission the next one starts so like I had to carry on with that.

Once I did that I decided "I will have a shower tomorrow morning, the water I got soaked in at Alton Towers can't be that dirty. I will have half an hour on the game and then go to sleep.

I went to bed at 4am!

Defo prefer having GPS turned off. One thing I disliked so much about IV was not getting to know the map by heart like I did in SA.

Well guys. It seems like everything about this game is perfect. Absolutely loving it. Franklin's vehicle bullet time ability is absolutely ridiculous. Have only played 2-3 missions, so haven't really gotten to/played with the other characters. Loving just cruising around so far pulling off some dirty driving maneuvers with that bullet time. Also went to ammunation, bought a bunch of grenades, blew up a bunch of stuff, got into some great police chases, etc. Great stuff. Loving it.

In on this thread for the inevitable epic lols.
