It's a digital item which costs nothing to produce and it's the carrot ea use to take millions out of people who they mislead in to thinking they have a reasonable chance of getting elite players out of packs..
If you buy a scratchcard the odds of winning have to be available by law. EA should have to let you know the chances of pulling elite players. It's definitely in the thousands to 1.
Fair enough having a healthy business model, but at least make the dream cards attainable
