I didn't think the demo was anything special but ended up buying it on the PC anyway.
Really surprised by how good it actually is.

this game is actually sweatier than fut13 atm. pace and dribbling really is all you need, might aswell just play with silver teams

Scoring feels easier to me... maybe I was just a moron at 14 scoring and 15 has been edited in a way that's intuitively right for my brain. I continually have games where I win the lolpossession battle but struggle to create the best chances. I played one match where I outshot my opponent 15-7 and lost 6-1. He was AMAZING in front of net. Seems like he would consistently wait for a first keeper move and then having anticipated it, took one dribble and slotted side netting consistently. It was beautiful to watch even though I was getting reamed.

When you're through against the keeper, one quick touch to the side and finesse shot usually works pretty well

How much of a difference are you seeing in a 41212 vs a 41212(2)? I have Eden Hazard that never really seems to touch the ball out wide. Was thinking of selling him and then picking up Di Maria and using the extra $ for a decent CM.

This is true from wide as well. Even on a shallow ~30degree angle that initial straight on, one touch inside, slot far seems pretty effective. Though I've been doing it with Bale so that might be player dependent.

for FUT I'm in a 4-5-1 with Boateng, Hummels and Lahm forming a green triangle centrally. Lahm yellows to RCM Kroos who then green triangles with RB Carvajal and RM Bale. It's probably my most effective setup. On the left some combination of Ramsey/Cazorla/Podolski gives a decent boost and allows me to effectively use RVP up top since he's the only real star I have up there (Negredo/Sturridge/Madzukic all serviceable but unusable) Really REALLY would like Lewandowski but gonna need to save a bit for that.

haha this is just too easy to score. tap b and it goes in. Also found all my defensive problems was due to being villa, jesus theyre the worst 4* team in the world.

Got into Div1 and cant get games anymore

apologies if its been asked already (had a brief look), but can you save your 'player instructions' in ultimate team? they reset after every game.

seems a good feature but surely useless for playing online as its obv a pain in the arse and pretty annoying for your opponent if you have to set it all up again before every game.

What team / formation you running with? I just got to division 9 with a real struggle going like 3-2-5 record. One of those wins was with my bronze starter team my gold team is a real struggle.

New to fifa well I haven't played since like 11 or 12...

Problem I'm having with this game is defending it seems so easy for the other team to just run through my defence, I remember you used to be able to hold the 2 triggers to jockey with the player or hold down B to tackle them, but it doesn't seem to be that effective in this game.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong is there a tutorial I can through to make sure I'm doing everything right? or everything I can possibly do.
