Caved in and decided to start building my Gold team.

Bought Bent + Welbeck for my two strikers and then bought 5 gold packs with FIFA points to round out the roster. Rosicky and some other decent players.

Still got a few other auctions pending so hoping to be back above 20K coins within the next few days.

Loving the pace combination of Bent/Welbeck.

I am not great at this game I played a good amount of fifa 12 and won a cup and made it to division 2 a few times but don't think I ever got to 1. I would love to get some practice in vs similar players, send me a friend request my sn is goofiestplains3 (******ed I know, it was just the default xbox live username and I never changed it) if you just wanna play some standard 1 v 1 matches. I have 2 roomates who play it alot online too so you might be playing them sometimes I guess.

4600 point pack binge reaped around 230k coins. Still not built any teams as average players are still massively over-priced and gameplay still sucks.

Switched from false 9 with Brazil/Chelsea to 352 with Spain, literally just passing the other guys to the brink of boredom and usually winning comfortably later in the 2nd half when space opens up a ton.

Think my FUT team will be along the same lines now.

in funny news, bidding war for a silver keeper went as follows:

5.1> 5.2 > 5.3 ....5.9.....6.0....6.1....62.0k

lol some one misclicked off 56k for a keeper that has a buy now of 5.8

Only played a few games so far but his pace is amazing! Have just brought Nero berola so have both forwards with frightening pace, I guess I can just spam through balls now for easy wins but I'll feel dirty doing it!!

Need to get a grip on some skill moves now I have a few 5 star skillets.

Kroos, Muller, etc on Bench. Know exactly where I'm going with this team. Gonna grind the gold tournament, ship multiple times, add Lahm, Hummels, schweinsteiger, maybe Neuer one day...

Podolski is absolute beast though. Easily see why he's more expensive that Gomez/Ozil.
Khedira is an absolute steal at ~2k. Pulls the strings.
Badstuber is a rock and when I finally add Hummels and Lahm I'll basically be impenetrable.

Finding position modifiers is the WOAT.

CAM -> CM are the most expensive modifier I think, 8k would be a good price. But hey should be ok now you have a Falcao to fund it! Dunno bout LW - LM

Decided to sell my gold team and build a silver one .. cannot beleive the lack of liquidity in the market! Also main reason i did it was because i want lukaku upfront.. didnt expect him to cost 45k+ lol me

Who should I use as my Brazilian goalkeeper?
I have a hard time evaluating the relative value of the stats (diving/reflex vs positioning), and especially I dont know what the overall effects of the traits are (like "cautious on crosses", "flair", etc.)

So I will not be playing Fifa for a minimum of two weeks (and probably very little then so more likely 3-4 weeks before I get back into UT), what is my play to maximize value. Player prices for top players have still been increasing, but I expect them to come down (and expected it by now actually). I am assuming selling everyone and banking the coins is the correct play.
