Sold one million coins on ebay yesterday, withdrew the money and then transferred the coins, now i get an email from paypal saying the account was frauduently used and no doubt i will have to refund the money but i cant get the coins back - so tilted now

If you already withdrew the money how are they going to force you to give the money back?

remove your bank account asap?

also thats the downside to selling on ebay, people will tell paypal they never received their item, and since fifa coins are banned from ebay, you dont have seller protection

Yeah not sure what's gonna happen, but never had trouble before!! Don't really want to remove my bank account as use eBay a lot and only have the one bank account.

I have always made a point of withdrawing money from PayPal before I send coins as well, the system was working well

well if you dont remove their going to lock your account, and most likely wont unlock till you pay back

I think they're just gonna take the money back from my account, not sure if I want to fight it, could there be repercussions as its all registered under my wife's name, don't want a bad credit rating etc.

I'm pretty over ultimate team. I currently have 450K coins for sale and will have more and more as I sell off everything I have except for my Citeh and Mexico team. Im a trusted VIP seller type whatever they call it on ebay/paypal. Anyway, I called paypal, guy treated me like I was the king, insta-credited me my money and told me the kid had already withdrew funds so they would lock his account until he paid it back, he admitted to me the likelyhood was paypal would never get that back but thats not for me to worry about he said. I didnt even realise I was a VIP at paypal before this, lol

I was angry because ebay had not long introduced a policy where newish sellers couldnt withdraw any money from paypal until positive feedback had been left by the buyer. This kid was able to withdraw the cash right away. I never found out what happened about that but I stressed my point to the paypal rep and he said he would look into it. Pissed me right off to think the kid got £100, even if I did get my money back.

I would remove all connections to paypal and my bank account & CC. Then I would call them and tell them you are not going to pay them back until the buyer returns your goods or cash. I personally would take the ding on my credit score if that is the action they are going to take. Not sure if they would even report to the credit reports though.

lol playing that bronze IF up front reminds me of PES years ago where Bobo Balde was single handedly the best ST in the game. His strength combined with awful positioning playing OOP allowed you to cross to him at will because he woulnd't be properly marked and he'd just shrug off his marker and power header into the corner time after time.
