at first i absolutely loved if neymar, he is prob fastest/paciest player i've played with and his agility/dribbling is sick sick sick good like automatically jukes around defenders, but when it comes down to it he is 86 overall for good reason (and no where near close to worth 1.3m coins) which is why i'm selling him right now.

his biggest flaw by far is that his strength is like 46. he literally gets pushed off the ball by any player no matter what if they are even somewhat close. it seems kind of glitchy honestly because he is so fast that the through balls played to him he really should just outrun and be in on breakaways but its like defenders are magnets to him and push him off. there are ways to counter this like fake shot or the mcgeady spin i think it's called (ls+forward/sideways) to get free but his lack of really good long shots and his str just make him not worth the money.

in the end though i did have a hard time deciding to sell him as i wanted to sub him in at cam with ronaldo and if robben at st i think would be sickly good but i want to try if ribery and if robben more than i think i want to keep him.

edit: aaand he sold as i was writing this for 1.3m...time to have some funnn.

i used neymar on seasons as striker in 4231 and he was amazing, he could fit in my team perfectly but i dont have the coins and i suppose he isnt like 1.3m better than welliton

only a couple games in but first impressions 41212 more solid defensively but lack that quick counter attack/attacking pace that i feel i had with 4321. and if robben isn't as good as i remember nif robben being in one of my first fut teams. meh prob just bad latency and/or me subbing in two and switching positions is affecting chemistry a bit. hope it's not the latter as i don't think i have the motivation to re-do everything again heh. hoping it's just random short term feeling and gets better as i have only played a cpl games.

Think Rooney would be great there, realistically, saving for Robben is going to take 4 weeks I'd say though.

pretty sick totw. makes me wanna pick up fabregas sanchez and neur and put in my squad. i was 3-1 in d1 when i switched my team and formation and went like 1-4 after heh. might be in my head but i think its the subbing out higuain and ozil and then moving everyone around. seems to affect my team. too lazy to go back to 4321 though ugh maybe just sell off a bunch like if di maria and ribery (v unimpressed so far) to get those new 3 if's and/or maybe try the sif robben.

i know if they start w 9 chem whoever you sub in (even if their formation/position isn't right?) stays at 9 chem but what if you move someone like robben who is lm/lw/rm/rw in game to ST? like ronaldo has lm/rm and st in his card so i always move him but have been hesitant w robben. putting both of them up at st just doesn't feel right for some reason. ugh 41212 just doesn't feel attacking enough.

If 41212 isn't attacking enough, you're doing it wrong. Your LM and RM should dominate possession and initiate attacks, with attacks flowing through CAM and CDM depending on workrates. Through balls to the strikers from the wings or CAM can be deadly with counter attacks.

im still partial to 4-4-1-1 with the CBs and CMs being high def/low att, and then every other player being high attack.

Meh i quit Fifa and two of my starting 11 (Neur and Fabregas get upgrades)...tempted to start again with the coins from my IF Messi who is unsold....
