This was linked in another thread, EA sports challenge with virgin gaming. Fifa is first up, by the time we see games i think people are already in the prize money (having won free flights, accom etc in vegas for the live event). Only watched one full game and highlights so far but some of the play really doesn't seem THAT good considering how much money is up for grabs. They interviewed KSI who got knocked out in round of 64 ($1k prize i think) and i think he said he qualified for like $10 from virgin gaming lol.
Think that was the youtube one wasnt it, think that was invite only. This one required people pay to play on virgin gaming online to qualify i think and has a lot of gaming pro's afaik so should be better.
the commentators are so awful, they just spent like 30seconds or a min discussing someone who was starting balotelli and dzeko up front and lescott at CB for man city, without noticing a 64 or something rated player in amongst them because it was clearly the subs/reserves not the starting XI lol.

is there a rule list anywhere? are custom formations/workrates allowed? how about custom corner plays?
i watched one match and picked up a sick corner - aim right at that zone where it's jussssst too far for the goalie to come out and go near post while jamming the right stick straight up - scored two in my first game with it
Why jam the right stick straight up? Left stick is for spin... no?
I use that corner and have done since this years game was released, I just tried it from the start and it went well so I stuck with it, no tutorials or anything... but lately I hate it and have been looking to change it.
Im convinced its random and just down to who wins the header, obv being closer to goal helps.
Seen a lot of these custom corners lately where they put 7 men on the goal line then all run off, have conceded a few to those by guys who always then keep the ball at the back, so tilting.
IDK the rules for that tourn sorry, first I heard of it until now.
No custom formations / tactics were allowed, not sure bout workrates.
Both guys in the final looked very good, as did a few others. The guy who was Brazil was very unlucky to lose his game i thought he looked the better player, other guy had 1 shot in 90mins and tbh the defender made a good block on him but the ball just stuck to his foot and left him with a 1v1, his second goal was class though.
So I now own around 10 CDM 352 Wilsheres, last night I was selling at 4900, but today Ive got on and seen a bunch at 4000-4200, Ive bought up some of them but Im soon out of coins and Im stuck with these Wilsheres and no coins to continue trading with.

Im picking up 352 cards at around 800 coins. I could just resell these for 1400BIN I guess.
Also getting 4231 cards.
I need to move to a new player soon, Im thinking maybe one of the Serie A RF/LF, Palacio, Robinho, Giovinco, making them RM(or buying them RM) and putting suitable formation cards and relisting.
i have one player(not too popular but still decent) who is a striker but has 0 as CF on the market
I buy the ST for 600-800, convert for 150 and resell for 3k(sell about 3-5 a day without any work whatsoever)
I have 1 particular player right now that is working well for me, hes popular and recently transfered so the cardweight isnt huge, I am picking him up for around 5k, dropping on a good formation card for 800 and reselling for 8k.
I will look into changing this guy to a CF and seeing If I can make more money that way.
