Can someone please explain to me why my FUT team is ****e? I was ok at H2H on FIFA 12, got up to about div 2 but after winning first 6 FUT games I just get owned by poor teams every single game. My team feels slow, it's ****ing impossible to beat a player but as soon a oppo is clean through I can't catch them. They walk round me every time with skill, beat my players on crosses, it's a joke. Honestly feels like by 85 team is worse than a 70 team.

Happy to play someone and they can tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Otherwise, who wants to buy >400k coins on ps3?

Very different to fifa 12.. Your a probably not setting up 10 men behind the ball full defence and counter attacking

I'm not real sure who to target next. Falcao/David Villa or Alves/Alba maybe. Also thinking about selling entire squad and starting something new in a non 4-1-2-1-2 formation but don't really have any idea what else to build. It has been fun grinding this team out though.

omfg it is just impossible for me to play seasons online I don't know if its my internet (probably) or fifa being awful but I literally sit here for 30 mins trying to get a goddamn match and on the offchance i get to go to the next screen after opponent is found I always know right away it will say "connection lost, results will be determined" before we even kick it off because I am always one of hte other team's players in the warmup to the goalie screen. So tilting to wait 5 minutes just to get to a found opponent just to immediately know you are not going to connect when I have Benzema or Modric dribbling it around and I am Athletico Madrid
this prolonged period of inactivity happens every day at some point whether it be primetime or 3 o clock in the morning. When I do get a legitimate match half of them are just laggy as hell. I didn't have this problem near as bad on fifa 12.

Great team, but I prefer having RVP as a RS and Rooney as a LS. This way when I cut in with them, they're shooting with their preferred foot. I especially love the Fellaini and Toure combo. Absolute nuts. Perfect bench too.

i reckon i've spent about £40 on fifa points and probs a further £20 on coins direct, plus i make 10-30k a day trading depending on time i can spend

ah yeah good shout on the front two although i do also like being sneaky and going on the outside of the defender and chip through ball to the back post....

favourite part is deffo Fellaini and Toure, so strong in the middle.... Bale is fun as you dont even need tricks / precise dribbling you just steamroll down the flanks - cant wait to upgrade him to the inform version.

only letdown is Mata, he can shoot like a boss but really wish he had 5 star dribbling, i actually have more fun with with my Brazil Silver winger Kelvin... not sure if there are any 5 star skill wingers though for prem league?

all i need to do now is learn to defend and ill be happy

Its not like last year when cutting in and finessing was a guaranteed goal, now I think its more +EV to have Left footer at LS and power shots either near or far post on the run, instead of cutting inside.

This week I went back to FUT after winning Div 1 in H2H. I had been relegated to Div 2 before I left and had a tilty session leaving me 0-0-4 and facing relegation. Well I won every game on return, got promoted, prompty romped Div 1 title. Then went 6-0-0 in Div 1, Drew my 7th(title) game and won the league 7-1-0, which tilted the hell out of me. Was about to post ITT that I have no idea why I found FUT so hard last month. Since then Ive gone 0-2-5 and got relegated again. The game is just 1 massive variance fest, I go from losing 1 game in 30 to losing 5/7, just ridiculous.

Anyway, back to Div 1 now and about to clinch another title, at least I got 10k coins for winning Div 2, the coin bonuses in seasons are huge, makes it really worth while grinding matches instead of the market, Ive built a pretty sweet 2nd 11 off just playing seasons games. Will post when complete, need like 20k for the final player plus a position card here and there.

Anyone playing Tournaments? Are they even worth it given seasons coin bonuses + free packs for winning titles?

im playing pretty much 100% tournaments. got really bored of seasons after getting to div 1, they need way more than 5. all the fun is in rising through the ranks imo

Agreed they need more, but I dont think I can handle tourneys, what with the variance involved in this game.

Have they had any decent prize touneys on? Would need a good prize IMO to make it worth leaving seasons.

Cheers, was just a total freak game especially to happen in the 1st Div. It turned into Fifa Street after about the 4th goal

That ****ing Div 1 title we've got to 19-22 point range about 3-4 times yet never won it. Assume it's 23 to win the League on PS3 also?

Identical thing happened to me in h2h. This years game feels more like playing a fruit machine than a playstation game - that, coupled with all the bugs have led me to get a refund on it.

I agree. I think know i am used to the game, i think its the first time in a while that fifa has regressed. We were class as a team last night on club though. Really enjoying it

This happens to me all the time. I also just got booted out of a game - mid-game, 0-0 - and was credited for the loss, despite the fact that I never even signed out of EA or PSN. That sent me over the ****ing edge.

Really don't know why I'm having these problems.
