Someone in the 2p2 club skype chat had paid for it by express last year I think and others got theirs a day before them BUT nothing NOTHING can beat seb tracking his as it made it's way across the continent and seriously considering driving to try and catch up with the truck somewhere along the road to try and get the game earlier lolololol

Hoping for a great game but the gameplay videos I've seen look underwhelming (ping pong passing, basketball court style play with no midfield, etc).

I skipped FIFA 12, after playing more FIFA 11 games than probably anyone else on 2+2, because EA didn't fix some major problems that ruined the gaming experience. But the positive was that without FIFA I became way more productive in the rest of my life. The game has a way of sucking me in at an unhealthy level - but it's fun

Yeah that was probably me. Think I had a free trial for premium delivery or something. I was definitely last to get it. I won't be making that mistake again.

I've read somewhere that the first review has given in 91% and considers it the best FIFA yet. Standard bs review I suppose, but it's hard to argue that they haven't improved year on year.

I got my hands on a demo early. Very sad imo. Looks like FIFA 12, plays like it. With some added features and updated rosters.

I dont judge much of anything from the demo. Its not even close to a good representation of what online play will be like.

First week is always the same, everyone hates the new changes, then as soon as people adjust, they love it. Last year was the biggest change in gameplay they have ever had, and it was a massive success. Went back and played '11 this week and it only solidified that view.

I've played the demo. There are some small improvements on game play,
but a lot of the commentators' lines are still the same, which is pretty annoying

Drastic overhaul of gameplay would be pretty bad idea IMO.

They just need to keep cleaning it up while improving the physics and ball control stuff.

The biggies improvements should come from stuff like career mode which has been a weak point. The gameplay isnt broken so I wouldn't expect or want huge changes

i use the Spanish commentary , so i never know what they are saying, although they sound pretty excited about the game.
