please tell me where he said anything biased, that guy is a loyal fifa player and you have to be honest with yourself and admit most of the points he made was right. There isnt any huge improvements. I also said i will wait before i buy the game. I bought fifa 11 and i enjoyed it.

What's the point of waiting if you are going to buy it anyway. I'm honest with myself and I know it's the same stuff as every year ( the new physics engine excites me tho ), but for me the enjoyment I get out of Club and online games is worth the 50€ a year I shell out for nearly the same product.

It's the same reason I'm gonna buy MW3 after I need a break from BF3. The PS3 group is just worth it.

And he acts biased because he focussed only on what is written at the bottom, interpreting it in his own way. The idea behind it was the the dynamics change with the new physics engine, so tackling and everything related changes, as was hinted by some devs. Physics engine might be a big hit if it works like they describe it, beacause up until now Fifa worked with animations, and not with a full blown physics engine. All in all this may not be a giant change, but it's surely not Fifa 10.2. If you use that strategy, you might just say" Oh god, look at the players, they are passing the ball! Like every damn year!" I find his attitude particularily dumb when he speaks of injuries and the defense. First it's all about a realistic defense and realism ( becuase a full blown defense would be really fun, right? I don't think so ), then he decides that injuries have to be fake, because realistic injuries with the new engine suck. Yay for coherence.

Btw, I don't get your stance. What's the point of saying don't buy it, if you are going to buy it yourself. Wtf? You had fun with Fifa 10.1, why rant about 10.2?

Try playing Fifa 10 after a year of Fifa 11, its horrendous and so boxy and robotic and the same was said this time last year about 11, same again next year about 13. At first it wont feel different but over time you will start to realise

lol have you seen actualy gameplay of fifa 12? its basically the same only now we have players randomly flying around everywhere, I havent played it so i cant tell if there is actually a change in how the game engine works in tackling and defesne, so i will wait till i play it at a mates house or hear atleast positive reviews about it before i consider spending £40 on it.

there are huge gameplay changes in fifa every year

from 09 to 10 to 11 there were big improvements in every game and I doubt it will be different for 12

biggest "change" will probably weakened high trough balls which are currently way overpowered

Hopefully on Fifa 12 they sort out the replay's. How they select some of the replays for playback on 11 il never know.

Any new's on Fifa 12's commentary team? Still Andy Gray and Martin Tyler?

haha very willing! theres been a few novice players that joined our team and they absolutely loved it. while we play, we normally chat in one of those threads and it really helps our team play better. the worst thing you will get if you mess up badly is "ban" and even then, its more of a joke than a serious post. it gets pretty crazy when you score a goal tho, so its all worth it!

You can choose between either Martin Tyler and Alan Smith or Clive Tyldsley and Andy Townsend.

Finally Amazon is allowing you to get the standard edition rather than the special one.

It's only £2 more but I don't see the point of extras...

Play is still only allowing you to order the special one pretty annoying really.

What positions you tend to lack the most? Ill play this year and just slot in where ever you want

When I played with the PS3 guzs, we were usually around 5 guys. Strikers are nearly always taken, next come the CAMs and then the wings. If you want to have YOUR position, go the route that EMP has gone and make a defender. You'll always play in your role and you will get tons of praise. If you don't like defending, make a winger imo; the position is usually up for grabs and you get decent offensive action, plus if you get good at crossing I'll love you forever, as I'm usually the only tall player in a world of 4ft midgets with funky hair.

Then again, I always found that there is a nice rotation wothout needing to ask for it, so everyone get's a chance to try striker. At least that's what happened when I played.

Meh i think defending is my best strength in the game so ill make my dude CB or CDM then maybe if i fancy it RB/LB im really not fussed where i play tbh. And i always play my guy just before it start to sacrifice pace so like 6'1 normally.
