Poland/Lith look ridic strong. Ton of good military ideas and Lith starts with +4 tolerence which solves its biggest issue, namely that its 1/2 orthodox 1/2 catholic. Still dirt poor, but +10% tax and +10% Production help with that a bit. +1 shock +1 maneuver generals is ridic. Poland also has amazing mil ideas and +10 disicipline is solid.
