If you play or watch a few games you should be able to distinguish most of the items. I believe in the game itself they have a learn tab that shows all the items and heroes which is always a good thing for people to look at if you are new to dota 2 ( it's useful because when you are waiting for games to load you can easily access it). It certainly doesn't help that they had a patch a month or two ago where they probably changed most of the icon art.

The coverage for the International is really good. I've watched more DOTA than I've played in the last few weeks...totally addicted to this game.

Its pretty clear that picking heroes your team is good with more important than overpowered heroes. wow, what a game!

I read an interview where someone said that NaVi has practicing against Zenith with Naga in mind. Itś been showing. Rubick is a great counter against naga because when u pick naga you usually pick heroes that have skill that complement her wel. Most of the times those skills are big support ultimates and thatś what Rubick is best against.

Lets gogogo game #3 this has been great so far!

Even though they dominated the two games that they won, I still consider the whole thing a comeback since IG did so much better in the group stage, and they won the first game here and still end up in the losers bracket.

Faith really blew that Naga game, got his ravage stolen when he had time to cast something else, awesome games either way

iG blew it by grabbing Naga + Seer, should have grabbed Naga + Enigma, then grabbed DSeer as 3rd pick. Even if they cant get Dseer; Naga + Enigma much better synergy than Naga + Dseer + Tide due to being able to cast BHole just before the sleep ends so you avoid bkb spammers

In general there has been too much FPS from both IG and DK.

While i feel iG messed up by drafting too much team fight, all they needed to do was have Zhou stay away from his team. Enigma is ALWAYS going to bkb ult every time immediately after the sleep ends. You just keep your real naga in the back and net to cancel bhole . I assume the cancel from net also goes through bkb.

how big is the naga ultimate again? like one full screen?

or is it global

1 full screen basically. Also they got way too cocky probably thinking "we are gonna team wipe them" and didn't check enigma's inventory.

is not so much fps as a completely different meta game that we're not used to seeing, they're bound to make some picks that we don't really "get"

well as badly as they screwed up the execution of game 2, its not as bad as their picks in game 3.

I just don't understand why you go enchantress + tinker with 2nd and 3rd picks with heroes like TA, CK, and tide still available. Then to give up another blinker you can't kill in QOP to Navi.

Just terrible BP in game 3.

Obviously if they won game 2 they wouldn't have picked poorly in game 3. I really feel that was the main reason they loss and fell apart. Once Zhou got the sleep on all of them iG probably felt on top of the world. They went from thinking they were going to team wipe them from getting wiped themselves. Right after that I assume their morale took a drop.

Their picks in game 2 were really bad imo. You can tell they were scared to pick up naga. Even if you are scared you still need to take it imo. Naga is an extremely strong hero that always works well if used properly. Against an AM with 0 disables outside of hex from tinker. You are basically begging for xboct to free farm.
