First order of business is going to be checking out Northrend on my shadow priest, then I think I'll probably do the whole deathknight jazz. Pretty pumped to see what they're like.

Is there a 2p2 Guild? What server/faction? Who do I message?

Sometimes I sort of want to start playing WoW again, but I'm afraid of getting consumed in it and it cutting into my poker playing. I'm already having trouble putting in hours this month. I've had a level 70 paladin for awhile which is raid-viable, which means the only thing to do in the game for me is hours-long raids, which I don't really enjoy (and I'm a healadin so PvP is kind of meh). Kara's alright, but meh. When the new expansion comes out I'll probably start playing again. Is there a 2+2 guild? I might consider playing before the expansion if there is one...ugh I dunno though. ****ing World of Warcrack. Such a timesink.

I'd be superdown for a 2+2 guild, it would just have to be on a PvP server as thats where my toon is. I'd be down to transfer I guess (Mal'ganis is fullllllllll as ****) so lets get some interest together.

B. Help lowbies through instances

I'd be interested in a guild. Just started playing a couple days ago (yay friend xp bonus) with a druid. A friend's trying to make me join DnT but I don't think I'll be dedicated enough to the cakedom.

Id willingly transfer any of my PVE Alliance chars to any other PVE server. I had a thouroughly HORRIBLE experience with LineageII before WoW came out that just turned me off of PVP environments. If we can get a solid 10 committments Id roll a DK Horde or Alliance on a PVE or PVP server, but we better be able to get along. Someone will also have to bite the bullet and be GM, and recruit some extras. If you think a 2p2 guild will be better than another we will have to put some coordinated time in. Its a good idea........but will take some doing to get done.

What kind of guild are we talking about? I'm assuming a casual one?

If so I'd happily roll a deathknight, or transfer an alt over to join.

If your thinking a raiding one, then theres no way I'd have to time to raid in both my guild I'm in now (5 nights a week), and a 2p2 one.

70 is ...kinda fun. i dont' really know what to do at this point besides dailies and tryin to get up in badge raids. can anyone link good gear for the just starting hance shammy? i'm kinda lost

Small Update on my Beta play:

So far I've only been able to play for about 2-3 hours, I'll post a much more in depth report once I've been able to play a good chunk of the game.

As of right now all I've done are the starting quests for death knights, and having completed those all I can say is Wow.

Blizzard has really regained alot of my confidence in them. The Deathknight, and the Deathknight starting quests are some of the most enjoyable quests I have played in the game.

I'm extremely pumped to start testing out Northrend with my Main character and see if the quality that was seen in the Death Knight starting zone, is duplicated in Northrend as well.

Before getting this beta key, I was seriously doubting whether I would continue into the expansion, but now, if Northrend is anywhere near as well done as the Death Knight starting zone, I will be playing long into WOTLK.

Give me a week or two, and I'll write up an extensive trip report, with lots of screenshots

Just rolled a nelf druid and got him to 8. Hit up "Nilaya" if we get around to doing this.

fwiw i just ordered a new laptop and once it gets here i'll start a char on that server as well, and will probably start another account and get them going on the new server. should be fun.

Most basic way to do it is to run two instances of WoW and simply have one character follow the other while whichever one you are controlling does all the damage. I screwed around with it last week and was able to get from 1-10 in about 90 minutes.

Once I get back to school next week, I'll start up a character on the server. Alliance right?
