i think you are considered part of 'the americas' server, so you are stuck with 12am pst

you dont need the key to install. just skip it. your account is already authenticated.

Yeah I clicked the not already activated option, it took me to my BNET account, I just closed the window and it just resumed downloading.

Also, there are a bunch of Blizzard launch parties at midnight which include the high level's of Blizzard so I would bet that if they don't make a special case for those guys, everything will be figured out by then.

For us Americans, just be happy these problems happened now and can get fixed by tonight.

I bought, downloaded & installed all in about 40 minutes. Surprised that some people are saying it will take them all day.

Definitely not going to play tonight though.. waiting until tomorrow afternoon.

Also, I can't get steam overlay to work with it. Anyone else have this problem during the beta, but manage to fix it?

might want to hold off on that anyway, I read that with the latest patch any program that puts an overlay on D3 has been causing it to crash.

Error #12 seems to be a problem isolated to the Asian and maybe EU releases.

They said anyone who bought the game digitally is locked out and a GM has to manually switch them "on". You should post about it in your region's official forums, there's likely a sticky.

My pre-download didn't work. Got a Tomb2.mpqe error or some **** like that. Of course, blue posts say "Download the entire thing again to fix"

I had the same problem. I Deleted the file and redownloaded. You can see the file extension is .part so its not fully downloaded.
