spimp13 - yeah you need to be on a real console to make purchases from Xur. Try your disc on a friend's PS4 if possible? or if they got Destiny, just log in on theirs. It's a horn! I'm sure any Destiny player will be happy to help. If you don't know any players IRL, pick up a used disc from wherever sells them local to you is an option? Or if feeling suitably lavish go on Playstation Store and buy Digital CE tTK, will get you a digital copy of Destiny you can download and use straight away AFAIK. Or yeah, last option is to share your account details with a trusted person and have them log in as you and buy some horns on your account (or 14 purple sparrow trails.... lol). Change your password as soon as confirmation of horns purchased and logged out. Always risky, but depends how much you got tied to your PSN.

Yes I am fully aware of that. Here comes the extra fun: You cannot order the vanilla edition in Germany, not at any retail nor in the PS store. The PS store has the vanilla disabled and you can only pre-order the most expensive collectors edition. On top of that, they make us pay more in Euros than you guys in USD for every single version as well. ******ed, isn't it?

P.S. Reason for not being able to purchase TTK vanilla as digital download through the PS store: "You already have Dark Below expansion" LOL

heh, I'm UK - my GBP prices are similarly ******ed to Euros if not worse Just listed $ ones as they're the general reference point.

Have you tried buying through the web store? Sometimes that works better than the PS version. Another thing is (on the PS version) you may need to "purchase" (for free) HoW or TDB or something to unlock it. Or PSN EU Store might just be a complete mess, it has been known to happen lol

Bungie web store automatically redirects me to retail or the PS store with the above results. And yes, you Brits get screwed even more than the other Euros. Yet we addicts still "happily" gonna buy it while bitching on the forums.

Played a few hours of Crucible tonight to level up my Eidolon Aly and some other items and I swear every match had 3-4 Gally's at least. People are going nuts lol. Every time I went to the tower there were dance parties of 5-6 people at minimum. The game hasn't felt this alive since the weekend before HoW.

On another note I wonder if I was the only person on the planet trying to level up the Necrochasm when every one else was doing Gally lol. The worst part is, the freaking white border. Ugh.

So I played Destiny for a little bit at launch on XB1 but drifted away from it for NHL, FIFA and COD. Started playing again last weekend, was only about a level 18. Forgot how much fun it was. A good buddy of mine who's an absolute sicko persuaded me to switch and play it on PS4. Already owned the console and my brother who no longer plays it had a PS4 copy of the game in the house, so this made it fairly easy. Only had to buy the DLC, which I never bought on XB1.

Started on Thursday night, my buddy and some of his friends ran me through the story missions, strikes, raids, etc. They gave the Trials of Orisis a shot, carrying me as a level 23. Only thing I could do is revive. They just wanted to try and get 5 wins, turns out we went flawless basically playing 2v3. That was awesome.

Hit 17 coins early this morning and bought the Gally. Got a pretty ridiculous setup in 36 hours. Fairly close to hitting 34 after some gear upgrades. Ready for TTK.

Stores in Germany continue to be funny for TTK: You cannot pre-order the collectors edition anywhere, Gamestop and Amazon claim to have it exclusively but has no stock, no price or any date listed when it's supposedly available again. On the PS store however you can pre-order the digital version of it (no vanilla, no legendary) for €89.99. But hey, it's only one month to go ... . All other stores only have the legendary edition for €69.99.

I think the best flawless run I've ever been on was with Rg and disco and counting every round having all boons we went like 35-1, and that one round was most likely multiple supers from the other team. Every round was basically 5-0 on to the next one.

RG, dave, and I had a run of three 9-0's where on one dave got disconnected on loading and RG and I won 5-1 2v3, and then later my controller stopped working and they won against better opponents 2v3 5-4.

Gotcha. The few times I've done it, it's been with 1.00-1.50 type players, I take it you guys are like 2.00 type dudes?

Anyone re-roll and successfully use Ill Will in PVP?

I got one with True Sight, Final Round, Explosive Rounds and Hidden Hand. I was looking for Smallbore and LITC instead of the last two, but then I said why am I spending more than 10 motes on a gun that I won't use in a month. So i stopped there. Worth using for now though?

Smallbore, luck in the chamber, final round make it worthwhile. Plus you get to rep it.

fireteam of necrochasms in elimination confirmed funnest thing i've done in months in destiny.

I watched a youtube of 6 man necrochasms in control, confirmed looked fun and surprisingly effective! Looking forward to the massive buff lol Be amazing if new meta is necros and hardlights for everyone lol.
