Dark Souls (Demon's Souls 2) - Video Games

Game may be a way off yet, but I'm just so hyped that they are making a sequel, especially as in the Demon's Souls thread someone was saying they had no plans to make one.

I just picked up the first one via traded FF13 and MW2 for it. (I never really played either one). I was also suggested by a few people here when I asked for suggestions when I first got my PS3.

I hope it's as good as everyone said (I'm sure it will be).

I like the fact that it's an action RPG as well.

The Beacon Fires sound like an excellent addition. ...and they're expanding on the handling differences of an expanded weapon set. Sawwweeeet

This game is supposed to be harder then Demons Souls. Which I only got up to 1-2 and got tired of having to go back through the whole board every time I died. Which sucks because the game seems really awesome but I don't have the patience for all that repeating boards 100x just to learn all the enemies hiding spots and patterns.

The feeling of anxiety I got the first time I faced off against a blue eyed knight was one I hadn't had since I was a kid.

If there is a God, they won't mess with the basic formula too much.

I hope they fix the "exploits" that made DS a little too easy in spots. Things like Royalty making the game 100x easier and the 4-2 farming spot. Given the nature of the game, I can't really see them fixing every glitch but those altered the game significantly imo.

I know I pussed out on this game, but I got tired of getting to the boss and then dying. Fun game otherwise, but I really didn't enjoy spending several frustrating hours just to beat one level.

There's an Xbox logo at the end of the trailer, so it's not PS3 exclusive this time around...

Demon's Souls was the main reason I got a PS3, so I'm pretty pumped for this.

Just bumping to say...less than two months away!!! Just realized that today and peed a lil. Call me crazy if you must, but I'm looking forward to this more than Skyrim.
