VALVE added a super vague Trust system to matchmaking

using observed behaviors and attributes of their Steam account, including the overall amount of time they had spent playing CS:GO, how frequently they were reported for cheating, time spent playing other games on their Steam account, etc. We call this system Trust, and these factors considered together form a player’s Trust Factor.

if you click on the thing that says trust at the bottom, it lets you look for prime only matches.

kinda surprised as I haven't played CS much and all I have done is solo q'd with not really going on a big win streak, Like you know when you feel like your close to ranking up I never really felt this.

I've completed abandoned MMs and solely play on FaceIt now. Feel better. So much better.

I started a new account to play and learn new maps on like a week ago

when I was doing my games to get ranked (won 7 in a row then got back to back games with 2 pairs of griefers so I ended up MG, grinded up to DMG so far hopefully be LEM in another week)

is there anyway to find better teammates? MM is just giving me straight up cancer

Soloing is legit the worse way to rank up I think, Looking back I'd say about 60% of my games were solo, So I got kinda lucky with my teams.

I mostly Solo on faceit now and it's win one lose on etc etc... and sometimes it's lose lose lose lose lose

losing a ton of elo. I think I went from a level 8 on faceit to a level 5 in a couple of days.

But yeah start filling your friends list and start playing with them.

I don't understand what they did with matchmaking

It seems so broken now. I rarely ever get games with people the same rank.
It's always me and a bunch of low ranks. It seems like the playerbase is so split up because of trust, prime, and wingman.

GZ it took me 3 weeks to get from LE to LEM

never played with and against so many cheaters. people usually didn't cheat til LEM or supreme games.

I think I'll play ESEA in January, since there's no hope from VALVE in sight.

Faceit added some mission like win 40 games in a month get 10k face points or 200 and get 150k. 40 should be easy. Nothing massive I think 10k faceit points is like $10-$15 but at least your playing for something, Also you'll probably be up there in the league too so you will get a little extra on top.
