You're probably getting votekicked by groups of people for their friends and/or your KD ratio sucks really really badly. 2-8 or higher is where I'd probably start being tempted to votekick someone for being bad.

My KD is around 7/10 atm.

Mechanics aren't the same. Does not play like 1.6. Is not the same as dust2 in any other version of the game.

If you want to play massively new game with interesting content every year and pay $60 for it, go play CoD.

People pay $70+add ons for CoD every single year. Its basically just new maps and slightly better rendered graphics each time.

This is $15, and hasnt had a release for a few years...

I always had this happen, as did my friend who got into CSS pretty heavily.

One day someone told him his stats were messing up their server and he needed to change them. They told him how to adjust stuff so his latency and some other **** was better. From then on, it was like all his bullets would magically connect with whatever he was aiming at.

I've always wondered what this was that he changed. He's kinda computer illiterate so he didn't know how to convey what they said to change.

Thoughts?

Game is supposedly out.

I have 2 CSGO links in my library. One says the game is not released yet, the other was my Beta version.

However, the Beta tag has been removed.

I'm also disappointed to find out that nothing was reset, to start fresh.

I'm not sure about consoles.

If there is a time during the day when XBox or PSN gets their store/arcades updated, that will probably be when it is.

I think PSN is usually around 4pm est or something like that.

***I still get stuck at the team select screen when I play Arms Race. Sucks that I'm currently in the mood to play Arms Race more than the others.

Yeah, they just removed the tag off of the old beta version link.

When I got into a game I still got the "Welcome to the Beta" message.

Pretty odd that they prepare to launch a game and they don't do anything to signify that anything has changed.

So after I couldn't get back onto a team in Arms Race I sat there to see what would happen if I just stayed until the next game.

Then this happened. The right side just continued to scroll all the way through:

EDIT: Ohhh now that I restarted Steam, the "not yet released" icon is gone.

They have matchmaking now so just go to Find A Game and pick what you want to play.

They have matchmaking but you can also go through a server list like in CS:S, cant remember what the link is called and im on my phone!

played like an hour or so and became decent enough to pwn random noobs that just intalled/played for the first time. Encountered only two people that would destroy me at every encounter.

I find the game kinda meh for longer sessions tho, the quickness of the rounds make it more like a 30 minutes time waster and all the post processing really shows how it's a budget game ( or that source is aging ). They should have keept the game visually cleaner imho.

Still fun for some shorter sessions.

Why is it allowed to spectate enemies. Wtf, it just to easy for clans.

Why can someone join a 4 man team while the other team has only bots? Balance ffs.

I havent played PC shooters in like 4 years, and probably close to ten years since I played a game where bunny hopping was very advantageous... Yet I managed to quickly pick it back up on this.

Well that was really enjoyable!

Starting to get the hang of the aim thing, even though sometimes it still feels random, Im def winning my fair share of close combat now.

Is there a way to see my overall KD and for the session I just played etc.

I went 7/1/1 in the last game, won the round 6-0.

Anyone give me tips on the games I should be playing, weapons I should use, game settings etc.

I never played any of the old CS's.

Thinking Im going to play this a fair amount now so want to set things up right.

Do you guys search for favoured servers or do you just use the game search?
