does anyone know wtf is going on in the campaign mode story line?


I'm lost on the 2nd mission

The first one I think I get. Woods didn't die in black ops 1 and the russian guy woke up before he did after they blasted out the window with the nade) and took him to some crazy prison camp. then they moved him again? and then what?

when the guy hudson rocks up with his mate to alaska to meet mason, he says that woods went in to kick some gun dealers ass and got caught and now the CIA cant go in to save him because the russians and castro (the cuban guy?) are controlling the place he is at (which is where?)

but how can he have went in to kill the gun dealer when he was taken wherever he ended up by the russian guy, kravchenko or w/e it was?


then woods starts talking to masons son (in the future) saying that the chinese control some element and that this menedez guy said the whitehouse ordered him to stage violent protests in china and then everyone (2 billion people) think menendez is their savior or some crap??

I could barely understand what they were saying and couldn't make sense of the overall plot and im about 10 minutes in!

could someone please explain but try not to ruin it for me I am at the bit where we rock up to an underground base after using the flying suit to sky dive into the jungle. but have only entered and killed a few mobs and am standing in the elevator about to kick ass in the labs but dont want to go any further until I know what is going on!
