Rumor has it that there is going to be a new zombie multiplayer list for up to 8 players with more zombies. Perhaps an objective based game or something.

I feel like I'm trapped in a viscious cycle with COD. COD4 was sick, World at War was sh**e so I thought I'd give MW2 a chance - ****e, Black Ops 1 - good, MW3 (MW2 with new maps) - ****e.

I keep buying these games hoping I will find one as good as COD4 was (relatively speaking of course), constantly chasing the "high", but instead I find myself pissing money down the drain year after year. Oh well...I'll give black ops 2 a chance.

Lol this looks horrible, they tricked me into Black Ops but no way in hell I'm gonna buy this one.

£40 for the game and then about another £100 in broken controllers + DLC = Not worth it!

Saying that though i like the story modes on these games, and BOPS had a particularly fun SM, So may end up renting/getting it cheap.

Yeah you guys are absolutely right. Going by ~10 seconds of actual gameplay footage and zero information on multiplayer, I can confidently agree the game is going to be terrible

trailer looks garbage, but I'll still buy it. MW3 was pure crap, won't be hard to improve on that. Treyarch > IW, IMO.

I lol'd. All gripes about MW3 aside, COD4 and MW2 are better than anything Treyarch will ever produce in their wildest dreams.

MW2 was great, but it's what have you done for me lately in my eyes. Treyarch's support is always miles ahead of IW's. From what I've heard, IW has lost a ton of their team and that is a big reason for their sucking.

Support for MW3 has been pretty good, which leaves Treyarch with nothing over IW. Let us hope that in BO2 they don't screw up hit detection too badly and add something other than grey to their color wheel. Maybe they will even make a decent gun this time around.

I am guessing your bitterness toward Call of Duty involved your being called a Bad Kid a lot.

I can't comment on that as I've already quit playing it. It was hardly the worst game ever made, but with all the hype it was a massive disappointment for me. I'd rather replay MW2 honestly. It's sad overall that we even have to rate support. God forbid someone put out a working game and then maintain it for a reasonable amount of time.

Treyarch has Zombies over IW. I know some people don't really care about that, but it is incredibly popular. As a progression I feel like Trey has gotten better whereas IW has been pretty stagnant. This release should be the determiner of how the two shape up. We should all hope BO2 is incredible though. Competition between the companies will only give us a better franchise.

Black ops is not greater than any game IW has put out. Everything about black ops was bad. The guns were awful, hit detection was a joke and the connections were even worse than mw3s. I'd rather play COD 2 again over black ops.

I agree that BO was better than MW3. I also agree with every gripe above about BO. But I had more fun for more time with that game than any other in my life, so they must have done something right.

MW3 can be very fun, but it's often a chore to play. As far as support, IW is good this time around because the bar was set so low from MW2, imo.

I'm curious, though. If MW3 came out instead of MW2 back in 2009 when everything was still fresh, would we have enjoyed it as much as MW2 before the exploits took over?
