Really? I usually just take a small dark elixir loss for a pretty large gold and elixir score.

Also because you get to keep your shield up, and it goes into your treasury, the amount of resources you get, and actually manage to spend, should be much higher.

TH9 and below, yes. TH10+, not really.

I always target the highest base I have a very good chance of clearing and tell others in my clan to do the same. That's usually higher than my mirror because I was slow at upgrading xbows and walls and I'm not completely terrible with the usual 3* strategies, but yeah for people who strive to keep all builders working when they hit a new TH, their defense will quickly exceed their offense.

I think there's value in looking at mirrors though. The contribution of any one base on the overall matchmaking must approach the average strength of that base's mirror. So if you're consistently unable to clear your mirror, you're a liability in war. Someone else needs to clean up after you. If you can consistently clear your mirror, you're an asset. The key to matchmaking is identifying who your assets and liabilities are and making sure your overall lineup is heavy on the assets. Preferably all assets but that's tough in practice and everyone needs to learn at some point.

Would upgrading a Dark Barracks have much impact on match making?

TBH, I am pretty happy if people can 3-star 1 TH down.

You mirror +1 makes more sense as your no. 1 should be hitting the top two in theory. Saying that, it depends on who has what. If you're number 4 with max hounds and their 2 has AD7's and bows to ground it makes sense to change it up

Mirror strat probably going to vary largely depending on your clan and your number. I'm currently usually number 3 which is convenient as I can just immediately go for my mirror, and then clean up 1 or 2 if our #1 ****s up (like the rushed th10 I posted last page, thanks again for the help 3 starring that). Like I said since our #2 has higher level walls and no offense he's pretty much just wasting an attack on another th9 and then cleaning up a th8 if needed.

Sometimes when our top two guys both have their heroes up and are warring then it hardly even matters what I do, and I'll usually just save both my attacks in case someone screws up, or just go for loot because they can usually 3 star the top 4 bases.

Not enough to matter.

I believe TOS was changed within the last 6 months in response to all the sales of accounts.

Also, even if you didn't give a **** about the TOS.....any buyer that knows anything about this would insist on buying your entire Game Center/iTunes account otherwise you could easily scam.

This is actually why I thought listing on here would be a bonus. I've been a member of the community for over 12 years and know many members in real life.

I'm done with the game. 3+ years and I'm finally breaking free. My addiction to League of Legends was worse, but this came close. I understand the TOS is a problem and can come up with another arrangement if there is concern. People spend hundreds and thousands on this game. Seems like a decent deal instead of buying gems. 1. Why someone would want the entire gamcenter account, regardless of how many bazillion posts you have on 2p2? Anything changes in your life you can insta take the account back.

2. Why would you want to keep access to a game center/iTunes account linked to a game that people spend money on???

Bottomline, unless you're willing to part with the entire game center account it's all a moot point. Second I'm fairly confident your account isn't worth $500, regardless if it is or not, is that $500 worth parting with your iTunes account??? Add to it, the sale could ultimately get the account banned.

My suggestion for you.....start going through your garage and closet to come up with the $500 you need.
