I don't worry about what th it is. I tend to go the easy 3 star first attack, then depending how overall war is going, harder 2nd attack tactic as already posted.

Explains why degens have been losing.

That attack just sounds like something that would only work against a TH7, maybe TH8, and certainly not against a strong TH8.

TH9? Pretty sure it's low percentage for that combo to 2-star.

So does TH matter? Like duh, obviously.

Edit: actually I take it back...just read it again and noticed that you had gobs and barbs as part of your main attack group. Not sure if serious...

Strife, theory is to take out aq and cc with giants/wiz/heros right? Then release hounds near by the defenses distracted by that group?

I could speak for hours on pros and cons of properly locations for hog deployment. I haven't found the right answer yet for that unfortunately. Sometimes it's best to send the hogs in behind the Giants, generally send them in on opposite side of the base

Wrong, all the 12 year old boys playing will spend 2 minutes and 58 seconds just starring at dem titties, leaving them only 2 seconds to drop troops before the attack times out.

Sucks to see other strong clans also losing...perhaps it's just a natural part of the game ~ Clan L4? Lots of tough matchups, etc?
