Yeah, this is a given. But it is so much more than just redesigning bases so that THs protect ADs. Most war bases are obviously designed that most defences are concentrated around a specific area since attackers are going to path find based on a way to the th. Now however the priority will be on clumped areas of buildings and the lack of need to defend one target means that ADs as one example will now probably be better off spread a little more to cover max air space with possibly a little overlay.
This will really require massive overhaul to designs and it will affect this like drawable CCs and a tighting up of undefended buildings. now every % point is so crucial, if you have spare space in the centre it might make sense to have a builders hut covering it so that there are less easy targets on the outer edges. you don't want tons of low health buildings around the outside where barbs can quickly take the out and be on to the next target before defences get on to them.
I'm going to have to completely rethink the way I do my base now as saving a star will come down to meticulous subtle details like where you place a lvl 11 collecter compared to a lvl 12 collecter for example. I think tight bases with lots of overlapping defences will be the way to go.
