Hello fellow Clanners!

I'm at TH 8, level 74. Was rocking through May but didn't play much in June. I use time for upgrades but gems for boosts (when I play I want ~2 hours of crushing).

Some friends and I just left our former clan as the leaders weren't doing much and we were getting blasted in war. We've started our own clan, named D0NG CENTRAL. (use a zero in D0NG!!)

We have open enrollment (>800 trophies) as we are looking for more players who will play in war, donate troops, etc.

Getting a **** load of goblins and bum hunting is very profitable. Can get well over 100k of each with the right base

Yeah I use mainly archers + goblins at TH8 to raid and I generally don't choose any bases wo at least 100k + of each + DE.

TH 10 guys and need guys for war, I use a combo of hogs, giants and wizards 2 rage 1 freeze and 2 heals all maxed. as for the base i have all the big stuff maxed but am slightly behind when it comes to cannons/archer towers etc. heroes are at 15(BK) and 25(AQ) respectively....

Heroes can go to 15 and 25? What?! How much DE are your upgrades at this point? Any tips on securing DE? I just learned that upgrading the storage makes it harder to steal (not just hit points, but the more empty space the better) so I'm 1.5 days from having a L3 DE storage tank.

I'm at level 75, TH8, 225 purple walls w defenses constantly upgrading. I just started my 10 day L3 Dragon upgrade (E3m). I have 5 star barbs, archers, wizards & goblins and a 3 star healer.

ill check everything out when im free today hahaha cant wait. when i farm its for DE now but AQ upgrade is 130k de now but my BK is still 70k for lvl 16. and yes max out your storages. right now im working on air + golems and witches upgrades

heroes max out at lvl 40. and it takes an eternity to get them there. I'm pretty close to fully upgraded th8, just getting mine to lvl 7.

I'm able to get pretty solid DE at th8 using barch and 3x lightning spells on full storages between 1800-2200 trophies. save the lightning for storages with 2k+, can find 3k+ on good days. was able to get my barb king to 7, minions and hog warriors to 3, with little trouble.

This is actually wrong. The amount of DE that can be stolen during a raid is 5% of whatever you have. If your storage can hole 20k, 40k, 80k, etc, it doesn't matter, if you have 14k DE, 700 DE is available to steal no matter how big your storage is.

It works the same way for mines, pumps, drills and other storages, when attacked your opponents have the opportunity to get:

5% of your DE storage
20% of your Gold & Elixir storage
50% of whatever is in your gold mines and elixir pumps
75% of whatever is in your DE drill

Btw, an old clan of mine just dismembered, I created a new clan with a bunch of my friends and old clan mates. We're at are around 12/13 people now as well. Do you have any interest in merging clans?
