i'm going for crystal at TH6 by just barch sniping THs. I went from 950 to 1250 tropheys ins ~2 hours last night grinding 5-11 tropheys at a time from 1 starring. Is this sustainable? I get attacked for ~25 or so overnight and get a shield for while I'm at work, and then can continue grinding a few hours each night.

Can I still expect 5-10 tropheys each snipe even when I get to Gold+ league?

No reason why this is impossible, just tedious, right?

yes, but keep in mind it will get harder and harder to find snipes the higher you get (part of this is b/c bonus gets bigger so everyone else will take snipes as opposed to nexting at lower lvls). So tedium will increase

oh, and to be clear, if the question is just # of trophies/attack, then yes your expectation should be the same. Trophies won/lost is just a ratio of attacker/defender trophies. If all you care about is the trophies to get to crystal, go through your defense list and see if there are any easy revenge targets, you will get a trophy boost for a win (double normal?? anyone confirm?)

Supercell has a stop-loss percentage for each TH level.

Actually if you have bunch of resources and in TH7 or lower, you probably would do best in master. Only TH9 and 10 up here, and if they attack you, max loot for them after TH penalty is 50% of your normal loot available.

Don't really care about resources till I get up there, get my 250 gem bonus and get my 4th builder, then I'll drop back down and farm.

Only thing I'm worried about (besides misclicks that lead to losing tropheys or missing prime bases) are hidden teslas. But I think if I stock 4-8 Giants I should be able to handle the tesla trap

Where's the fun in that? I'm not some 12 year old kid who's begging for his mom's credit card so he can buy 1000 gems and win ALL THE GAMEZ. I like to grind to that point without putting a cent in
