This isn't Risk or Axis & Allies. It's a game were time advances and they should have built technological superiority into their "math"
Sure, occasional a helicopter pilot might crash in a mountainous region trying to chase down a caveman or maybe the pilot has a complete lapse and gets to close to a guy that throws a spear into his rotor, but these should be extremely rare, "once in a civilization" type moments.
