I liked COD2 and hated some of the other CODs I've played.

I can't stand games with no crosshairs where you have use sight with every weapon.

Should I get this? I'd probably get it for PC as with the exception of Halo I've never liked a FPS on console(always thought shooters on console play better third person).

I've played SOCOM(PS2), Halo(xbox), DOD, CS, COD2, and TF2(all PC).

Wow I just beat campaign tonight. That was miserable. I think I spent 2x as long in crappy cut scenes and walking slowly to waypoints than shooting baddies. Don't even get me started on achievements.

Played combat training with friends/roommates tonight. Ran around with Stakeout and Steady Aim on small maps and sniped on bigger ones. Had a lot of fun, May give Stakeout another shot next prestige (wasn't using SA last time) and sniping. Oh, and Doom was right; the bots will no scope you if you are close enough.

For those running hardline pro + rerolling packages setups, I came to an important conclusion today, which others may already have come to in this thread.

For the love of god, do not throw more than one package at a time. The package is a giant bullseye on the map, and you won't have time to reroll and collect all 2/3 unless you have teammates spotting you. You'll either end up losing one or all of your packages to enemies, or to your dickhead ****face teammates.

What's everyones sensitivity at? I feel like with the lag/choppiness I've had lately, I should be dropping from 8 to like 4. Does this seem smart as there won't be as much moving back and forth while aiming.. or is this not a good argument?

Yea, I usually play on like upper mid level sensitivity but for some reason I had to crank it to max to effectively play on BO. Never played on max sensitivity before this game. BTW whats this campaign thing everyone is talking about? Sounds like a tarp to me...

Oh yea, I was ****ing around with snipers again yesterday. I tried the L96A1 with acog again, but that reticle is so ****ed. Where the hell do you aim with that big ass reticle? It looks like a dildo in your scope.

Tried the PSG1 with acog though and it was amazing. The acog attachment for this gun is a hundred times better (they really need this acog for the damn l96 to make it beast). You can even pick off other snipers that are tuned into your position since they have to battle sway and you have practically none. This setup is amazing.
