some things unexpected:
-got a pills that gave me xray vision (I think)
-opened a trap to a 2d side view level exactly a la zelda 2 with an item to grab

also I guess controlling these tears with the mouse would be so easy.
is dr foetus and epicac still in the game?

Yes they are. They're unlocked after a certain amount of mom kills

I forgot to write down the seed to the last run I made. It was very spidercentric since I got quadshot with spidereyes and a companion blue spider that spawned small blue flourescent spiders. I also had a weapon that damaged/slowed down enemies that was some sort of huge spider web all over the screen. This game is all sorts of fantastic.

apparently there are some major glitches that can kill save files so backups are very good idea

Oh.. I guess I'll take that trap next time. I've seen it a few times and assumed it was just a shortcut to the next floor. What's the rainbow poop all about? Just a bit of random visual flare?

yeh about the trap I thought the same so what I did is I killed the boss then went back to the trap in case it was just a trap to next level.
very cool

edit:its a bit annoying that we dont know what items do after picking them up.
Im ok not knowing b4 picking them but come on some items I have no idea what they did.

no clue how I'll ever get the boss rush for Blue baby, I always go super slow with him to be able to clear. Then you get to do it again on Hard lol.

My most hated enemy is this portly guy that opens his shirt and for some reason has a laserbeam spewing vagina under there. Sometimes the vag shoots fanged worms instead but he always comes in packs and if my tears are too weak, nh wp gg fu.

The best challenge is the ipecac my reflection one, that is a fun combo

Cheesy way to beat that is just get brimstone/knife to override ipecac

I keep going for dark room instead of getting polaroid unlocked and failing some brutal rooms there

Got Ludovico where you control the tear while you stand still and picked up Gnawed Leaf (invincible while you stand still) and then disappointment when they didn't work together
