This is pretty hard,but fun. Can definitely see why people put in the hours.

My only complaint atm is: I run in fullscreen when window. I have 2 monitors, when I click out of the game to do something on other window, it makes my keyboard go bonkers and repeat a letter constantly, so I have to unplug it and replug it back in. This happens randomly. Is there a fix?

Blue Baby boss rush is terrible, I'm not looking forward to hardmore lost runs

Quad Shot, Penta, Abbadon, Small Rock, Magic Mush and Juice + 19m halfway through Depths II and finding an Emperor Card and then Epic Fetus in the rush room, problem solved. Quad Epic is the most silly item I've seen yet, it feels like you're calling in multiple nuke strikes.

hated the challenges in the original, and the rebirth ones are 10x worse. Solar System, Waka Waka are rage inducing so I'll prob have real plat god ready to go before I finish them

This game can be so annoying. Had Little Steven, Little Gish and Spiderbaby as my only damage items on Necropolis 2. Found a Forget Me Now in the item room so naturally I get rid of My Little Unicorn to hopefully get something that saves my run in the new item room and the game decides to give me Piggy Bank, thanks a lot.

I finished all the challenges. I think the hardest was suicide king. Bean was annoying, because of the charge time of the item and I ran out of bombs the first time i tried it. You can buy bibles in the shop and cheese them too. Since most of them end at mom or it lives.

I don't know what half of this stuff you guys are referring to. Should I just start out playing hard mode? Normal seems hard enough

hard mode would be disheartening for you, just do normal for now.

Wow dude I just started a run as Isaac and got raped in the second room I entered by a massive hoard of spiders and big spiders. Half the room was cut off and they just swarmed everywhere... That is the quickest death I've experienced so far.

Turns out the Head Trauma challenge is pretty easy when you get Sacred Heart and The Bible.

Still need to get Sacred Heart in a real run though.

Beat: It was on a blue baby run and I YOLO'D it because as I killed the foot I walked right into the polaroid when I needed to get the negative.

on a fairly successful Demo Man run I took a Brimstone to the knee.

So I've got about 30 hours into the game so far, but have yet to unlock the dice or ??? or do any challenges etc... What do you guys think I should be working towards right now? From what I've gathered I should probably be trying to unlock the dice which means I should unlock ??? which means I have to beat Mom's Heart 10 times? Also, I haven't unlocked any levels past Mom's Heart, though I did beat Satan twice after taking a ladder down from the Devil's Room after beating Mom's Heart.

Just got Dead Boy on my 2nd hard mode run. Got Missing No. on an early floor and my Dark Room build gave me Tiny Planet on Azazel which seemed pretty good actually and I had saved an Emperor Card to get me to the boss.
My Sheol build had Technology 2, Tiny Planet and Anti-Gravity but was actually super powerful.

Also seems like you can't unlock character specific achievements as Judas' Shadow? I transformerd from Isaac into Judas' Shadow in my first hard mode run and didn't get anything for beating Mom's Heart.
Edit: Character screen shows me as having beat Mom's Heart with Judas but I didn't get the secret.

I'd say try to beat Mom's Heart until you get It Lives and then try to beat Satan with every character.
