Just watched Bisnap get the d100...

Its really easy to get.

Spoiler:
First you need to unlock "The lost" by dying in a certain way with 4 different characters and after that beat the boss rush with "The lost". Only problem is that "The lost" has no health and cant gain any either so you have to not take any damage while beating the game up untill the boss rush...

I don't want to sound ranty but again the game is waaaaay too easy on normal and annoyingly difficult on hard. I'm having hard time enjoying it when I fail 10 times and not even get to mom on hard but on normal I beat her all of the time and a lot of the time get far

Not trying to humble brag, but I'm not seeing any difference between the two.. what is supposed to change?

Also just failed on a dark floor run with a crazy knife build and accidentally ran in to the planet orbital thing, base tears would have been more effective

with Azazel. Having 3 flies as familiars was REALLY helpful. He's total bullet hell but otherwise easy. Azazel is clearing every challenge for me, he's so ridiculous.

Quite a lot, items and drops are much rarer and i.e. bosses are accompanied by additional mobs. I believe the difficulty comes mostly from rare drops.

lack of keys is huge

I just choked away the easiest Mama's Boy ever(last no hit I need) Max Fire Rate, solid Damage Guppy w/ Infestation 2, and the spider/fly damage up shop item. Killed Isaac in .75seconds(he didn't even fire 2nd wave of shots lol)

meh azazel is really stupid but Im weak and tempted to unlock things with him too.
but cant see myself playing him much after i unlock most of the content.
I was wondering:
can u be azazel starting as any character ,lets say isaac in a full run? (of his shoot is special?)

my guess would be something like heart kills on all chars and first 10 challenges or so.

I just beat all the major bosses. No challenges done.

Mega Satan was hard. He definitely is supposed to be the 'final boss.' The Lamb died in like 2 seconds.

such a shame that they didn't get the 100% due to achievements bugged, so insane that they did it in 6days its going to take me 200+ more hours to get all the hard mode bad character **** done, let alone
