Also a tip: don't put push to talk on a sidebutton of your mouse. Makes aiming really hard .

My brother can't join servers at all on his own, and when he joins my server it often takes him several tries. Chat support is the worst ever since they say it is his ping and he cant play MP at all. He obviously can since we played together 10-15 games already, but only when he follows me around.

Anyone have a similar problem?

ok well I finally figured out why I keep getting pwned in the jet. If you use afterburner while turning it actually INCREASES your turn radius. I also decided that maybe I should fly the jet like I fly the heli, nap of the earth. Now I'm finally maintaining positive K/D ratious. It's harder for enemies to spot me amidst the terrain, harder for them to chase me, and of course Below Radar upgrade is intended for this purpose.

has anyone commented on how overpowered the antitank mines are? i freaking looooove them. throw them around like friggin skittles at the beginning of the match and then enjoy the points as you play your assault class or whatever.

I have been getting a ton of lag lately though, enough that im thinking about making a new user to do this kinda crap.

Once people get better they are free points for the other side. Shoot them once, blow up a bunch, get an instant badge for something. I spam them as well but I have turned back to the tool as you can actually help your team with it.

Just bought it last night, the last bf I played was BF2 on PC. This game is so much fun when you're on a team that actually semi plays the objectives, it becomes addictive. But when you're on a side that loses by 100 tickets per map, its just terrible.

I usually start out spamming them, then switch to the torch when i respawn.

How does this work? You only get like 5 mines. And it would take like 5 minutes just to get to their side of the map. And 10 minutes just to put mines in logical places. Most of which will only disable a vehicle, if they dont repair it. Seems like a lot of work for not much payout.

Personnally i much prefer the C4. How enjoyable it is to just rush a tank, pocpocpoc 3 C4's on it, walk away and BOOM.

Prolly my favorite kills of the game tbh.

You don't have to go to enemy territory, just litter the ground around an objective or known path. One of the better strategies is to just lay mines at the back of the playable area on the current set of objectives so that you're all set if/when they cap those and start moving up to the next.

I use the explosives perk to start with 6 mines and lay them in 3's because that'll take out a tank. It takes a few extra to take out the armored transports so you gotta put all your eggs in one basket for those or just accept that you'll hitmarker/maybe disable it.

Tanks mines aren't overpowered imo, if anything they're a little bit nerfed compared to BC2 where 2 mines always took out a tank and nothing had heavier armor than a tank. Plus people always forget to use them and decent drivers don't take paved roads.

Me and some clan mates were playing some hardcore conquest and we were getting our ass kicked and then we made the most epic comeback , with a little communication and teamwork . We were down almost 90 tickets and just getn raped then the epicness began !! check it out -

This is why i play FPS games for these types moments !

i'm almost constantly on the brakes when flying jets.
i actually only use AB when i want to get away from slow moving lock-ons (helis, tanks, engineers). keep low, hit the AB and full throttle to shake the lock.
alternatively, instead of keeping low, going straight up also works very well vs those types.
won't be able to shake a jet though

Answered already, but on any roads leading from or to objectives, explosives perks for 6 mines, daisy chain the mines to blow the tanks completely, and you are aware that people get points for handing out free ammo, right?

Its also great if your playing with randoms that let the other side through your lines to take your vehicles (this drives me insane).
