Glad that game got into a marathon. I used to play it as a kid in the 80s with no knowledge of any of it's role in the VG world at large or it's stigma of being "bad".

Goldeneye and PD were probably my favorite runs this year alongside the blindfolded Punchouts, WG you guys did great, were hype and made it really entertaining to watch this time. Also refreshing with someone more energetic and talkative when it's so dominated by more reserved introverts. Hope you come back there next time or for SGDQ too. Gonna watch the TWW Waker HD run now kappa and possibly start running ALBW. Cheers

I only saw probably 35% or so but I'd have to go both PunchOuts > Yoshi's Island > Goldeneye=PD=1 handed Mario64, from a pure entertainment stand point.

I highly recommend the super metroid run. It was just as good as the punchout stuff for me.

I do love me some super metroid though.

Remember there is the Bonus Stream too, it will run for a couple days after the event officially ends. I know Super Smash Bros is going to be played. Bonus Stream is usually games that didn't make the main schedule/runs by whoever is around/random stuff. Last year there were some epic Mario Party games.

Was there no one available to do a Dark Souls speed run? Easily the best game for speed running ever made, I wish Santzo would fly down for it but he doesn't seem too interested.
