I just settled my second village on a 125% 15c, and happily there're 4 more 15c and 4 9c in its 14x14! I guess I'm going to be doing a lot of NPC trades...

Pretty good. I think we (there're two of us) were first player to TT on the server, and we're highest rank gaul by about 1,000 pop, and highest non-teuton. Made a couple of nearby scriptfarmers delete, highest non-teuton in the off ranks (8th), etc:

I played this for a while and had to quit. If you want to be competitive, you have to use a lot of gold and it gets expensive. Playing any other way is just boring because you'll just get wiped out or have to constantly pay tribute to someone who'll take you over eventually anyway.

Quick question about 9cs -- I already have a 15c for my capital and have recently acquired a 9c with a 100% bonus. What typically, are effective ways to build up and use 9cs?

Not really, unless it's early on in the server. They'll take a long time to pay for themselves otherwise, and it's probably more cost effective to build another village and put them there.

Travian is such a soul sucking life stealing game. Even playing with a full time 2nd player on my account, it still took soooo much of my time. Brutal game.

Really fun though... hard to resist playing...

We're allies with an old USx alliance and they say that's how most US servers seem to end up. Endgame is so boring, we're organising competitions to see how many WW holder's villages we can croplock. And of course going to smash someone's WW...
