Just curious what the average forum contributor's stake is for this subforum.

I stopped poker from years. I play again since one year. Stuck between NL20 and NL30. .fr.

90% 200NL. 8% 100NL when the 200 games are waitlisted or reg infested. 1.99% 500NL when the game is fishy. As of last night, 0.01% 1knl when I saw a lineup I couldn't turn down.

50NL online, 2/5 live

I'm glad you stickied it. I can't think of anything specific right now, but I'll keep thinking. If you have authorization can you edit the original post to state that the question is specifically for online players?

I clicked 10nl-25nl but during the day - which is when I am around (I work nights and weekends), I'll fire up two to four 5NL to 25NL reg tables (depending on which tables are good) on Ignition and then I will also have some <$5 turbo and hyper MTT satellites going on ACR at the same time (I can play the two styles simultaneously because they are so contrasting and the software is different - I can't play both styles in the same room - it's too confusing). I play 25NL and 50NL zone on my phone in the middle of the night if I have a moment - those games are good. I consider myself a GTO beginner and my advice is really not that good which is why I don't post much.

It's complicated.

After much work I finally beat 10z online over a decent sample, but couldn't stick at 25z. I beat 25nl reg tables comfortably in the global pool.

Now that Ontario is Ontario only, the 25nl reg tables and literally the softest tables I've ever seen. I can open 8 6max tables and see 2 regs across them all some nights. When I get back to Ontario, I'll probably be playing 25nl-100nl.

Living out here in Calgary there's basically only small 1/2 ($400 buyin) and bigger 1/3 ($500 cap, unlimited match) and $1/2 ($1000 cap) games, that I will play a bit of everything.

MICRO 5nl and 10nl on GGPoker. No Tracker because old equipment (Windows 10 and don't know how to update for it). Settling this as soon as I'm done procrastinating.

I checked the 25nl-50nl button because that is where I am at now. I've previously done 100nl and even 200nl at the highest point years ago. I was probably a losing player at 200nl. I took a long break and I eventually played 10nl zone poker with 300,000+ hands at around a 5BB/100 winrate (1 million hand challenge that has been going on for several years). I have recently started playing again at 10nl on Stars and recently moved to 30nl where I already feel I have an edge.

My poker knowledge may not have been up to par with a lot of the other regs, but I do have a tendency to exploit recreational players better than most. The games got tougher over time and I felt that despite having the bankroll, there just wasn't enough recreational players to give me an edge that I was confident about. I also did very poor game selection as I basically would sit at a table regardless of who was playing which may have made things harder than they needed to be.

I think it is easy to get stuck in an alternating world between being overly GTO and overly exploitative, but I've come to the conclusion that you should use both, but don't get too hung up on either one. From anecdotal observation, the people that go really hard into GTO don't seem to stick around or stay trapped at the micros. I feel as though I am on the opposite side of the spectrum where a bit of GTO study could help as long as I don't go overboard and forget to notice my opponent's tendencies.

Nl2 been playing for about 9months single tabling very slow going not winning consistently but def seen improvements!

100nl and 50nl I moved up to 200nl and ran cold so back to 100nl I go.

Playing 2NL , so far played almost 15,000 hands with a goal of playing 30K hands at NL2 and will see if I'm ready to move up to NL5.

I’m just starting out in small cash game and finding my tourney strategy and experience is flawed in these games.

xD Well, I'm back to NL2...

It's starting to become ok. I'm too anxious to play NL5 as a poker player with 0 clue.

Curious, as to how accurate this sample is from a statistical perspective.

It is a sample of 313 people on the site so I'd say it is a decent sample. It'll vary a little bit, but should be mostly correct for the most part.


I now am a regular at 200NL which is exciting! I've come a long way.

50NL during the week. 100NL on the weekends.
