I was just wondering what you guys do against min 3 bet preflop. I really dont know what those 3 bet represent. I usually call with any playable hand but I find myself in a very fit or fold strategy.

Just like the one described here.

What is your overall strategy?

i call almost any hand if we're 100bb+ deep and try to hit 2 pair + to stack villains AA
I atleast call any suited
i play fit or fold as well, but most of the time villains just has a monster, and calling the min3bets and then playing fit or fold isn't that bad i guess since you occassionally stack his overpair

It's just me, but when they min bet, I think this is what they are thinking...

"I have the nuts and want to get value, I don't know what you have, but if you'll bet 1.50, I'm sure you're call 2.50."

You're on the button, so you've got position. I'd just call his 3bet and hope to hit two pair/straight

depends on what you mean by fit or fold

You have to go with your read. Again, min bet to me screams I have a good hand, but a good hand is relative, AK/QJ/KJ.

His Far-less-then-pot bet there would make my think AK, and if you push back he might fold.

Yes, just calling and playing fit and fold is a leak, but it's all dependent on how you think you can out play him.

There's not a specific strategy in these spots. There's always a specific villain you're playing against.
Most of the times the min 3bet is weakness. Sometimes it's just aces. The thing is that villain is always giving you very good odds with this play. Assuming your hand was good enough for you to open, you cannot fold to a min 3bet with such good odds. Just call and go play some postflop (or 4bet, depending on your hand and/or villain's tendencies).
And please, as our friend nas061000 said, don't play fit-or-fold postflop in 3bet pots (or ever...). Think about his range, how it hits (or not) the board and play accordingly
