Yeah, that. If you can teach yourself the principles of how game theory works in poker it'll make a lot more sense. Try Andrew Brokos' Play Optimal Poker, that explained GTO to me in a way that made sense

as i say, optimal poker is about the easiest thing on the front. gto wizard youtube channel is pretty good too
