And I got a little bit disgusted... I folded the hand, but what do you guys think?

Call flop and evaluate turn. What do u want to reach with the flopraise? Call worse like 77-88 and 1010?
He opens pre 6bb, in most cases he has a strong hand like qq+, ak.

Huge open preflop is a bit suspect too.
