      This deep I like to flat the 3bet but against opponents like this I'm usually calling down on most run outs so probably not a lot different in practice.

      I think you can actually just fold after he 5-bets you. Because of the BB cold-calling, you should be 4bet bluffing a lot less frequently, so unless you think SB is an absolute lunatic you are just crushed by his 5-betting range here.

      So with that being said, I like the 4bet preflop, because you can happily fold to a 5bet and avoid getting stacked some of the times you run into QQ+, as well as increasing the chances that you get it in headsup against the fish in the BB.

      Ok first post in a very long time so don't beat me up too bad.

      No significant reads prior to this hand.
      SB is 27/5 over 104

      1. What do you think of the flat on the turn? My thought was to keep the BTN in the hand behind me and then get it in on the river as I have street nuts w freeroll to nut flush. Did I need to bet here?

      2. On the river is it just a flat bc the board pairing or was I right to shove?

        @Wishful
        Since villain potted we can raise there like 2.5x. We can be against set or 2p, which might reraise = win win situation. Even better if we are freerolling w/ nuts. I guess flatting river would be good, 100bb deep shove it.
        @gcoho
        villain will only fold floats. Don't think that even tight passive player is folding small PP there. If you do bet, make it small ~50% or less.
        @brutus
        check call is perfectly fine there. Betting there will bloat the pot. Villain is a fish so he can definitely have the straight there. So check/call, even some pot sized bets and donk river if we hit.

        How about this one?
        Villain is 21/11/1.2 over 200 hands, aggression factor is 1.7 and 1.4 on the flop.
        His line is super strong but do i have to call as I've committed myself?
        How are people generally playing bottom 2 on flops like this?

            Dont like the donk lead. I'd rather checkraise because we'll be checkraising with a lot of our combo draws and it's good to balance with hands like top 2.

            If he comes over the top then we can just shove the flop.

            As played, turn shove is ok.

            I was totally frustrated by this fish on my left playing 80/12 over 26 hands. His overall aggression was only 1 but his cbet was 100% and his bet river was 75% and 3Bet PF 6% so he was sort of a fish/maniac even though his PFR was only 13.
            This hand came up after him running over the table for a bit calling PF, calling T and then betting big on the river. He had not shown anything down as of then.
            Was I too weak here or was I smart to not burn $$ trying to be the table cop and call this guy down or even shove the turn?
            Any tips for adjusting to this type of fish?

              WP right? Or does anyone play the flop different? So wet.

              @Wishful
              If there are better tables available, i would leave the table since the fish has position on you. Bit tough decision OTT. Whether to try to extract value OTR by donking if we hit or just fold. Otherwise it's fine.
              @Yo_Visser
              Looks good. Try to hit that BFD and fold otherwise. Villain could be raising with 88 there, and if we hit BFD our equity is good even vs 2p hands. there might be an argument to just fold flop when raised but not sure if that's optimal. Villain can also have JJ-QQ so i would call flop and see the turn.
