CO (Hero): $2.02 (101 bb)
BU: $2.00 (100 bb)
SB: $1.53 (77 bb)
BB: $5.23 (262 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is CO with Q J
2 players fold, Hero raises to $0.06, 1 fold, SB calls $0.05, BB calls $0.04

Flop: ($0.18) 4 Q 2 (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $0.13, SB calls $0.13, BB folds

SB checks, Hero bets $0.40, SB calls $0.40

River: ($1.24) 3 (2 players)

No read on the opp. I think his most likely holdings are:22, 44, KQ, AQ, maybe KJ, TT. Not that many flushes except KcQc, AcQc. Call or fold?

On paper this should be easy call.

In reality, at 2nl you are beat the majority of the time by stupid gutter or bdfd with the queen that got there on the river

I'd be surprised if any of those hands were his most likely holdings.

Likely holdings: A5o, 65o, Tc5c-Tc9c, 9c5c-9c8c, 7c6c, 7c5c.
Possible bluffs: A3o (still unlikely).

Since you're not getting 3.6:1 on a call, it seems like a fold to me, based on an average bluff-averse / nutted-when-doing-moves population.
