Reads: Villain has been very aggressive preflop, raising most hands from the button, and raising around 80% of my limps. The one time I 3bet him from the BB with 89 he fourbet me and I folded. This was after he had shown the ability to raise a wide range preflop. Now hand 1:

Hero raises to t70,
BB raises to t110, Hero calls t40 I don't like calling here, but his threebet size makes no sense, and I'm getting over 4:1 to see flop.

BB bets t150, Hero calls t150 Contemplated raising, but I didn't think it would have any value to it. I'm open to suggestions this street.

BB bets t210,
Hero raises to t765 all in, BB folds I think I made a mistake here; it's a pseudo-3bet pot, and he has a lot of Ax in his range; I pick up the nut flush draw and decide I might make him lay down a Jack; if called, I still usually have something like 20% equity.
I showed results from this hand to set up the next hand. Literally the next hand, he overraised 5 bb's, so I began to think he was on tilt from me picking off his bluff in hand 1. Then this hand:

BB bets t1415 all in What range do you put him on? His play is silly, but how often can I be ahead here? At the time I really felt like he was spazzing out, due to the last few hands.
