hearts/draws, sets, weak tp, weak draws

usually weighted towards something that doesn't want a raise and wants to set their own price to see the river (from my experience)

you're a bit deep for a shove, not getting such a bad price, I say call.

I don't always cbet there, I think taking a free turn is good here, alot of people will disagree though.

As played I would call the turn and hope to hit, can never find a fold there.

@Deppir .stack / pot ratio deep, hero has ~10$ left, pot is 5.75$. Only viable raise is a shove.

call and hope to hit on river. You have very little fold equity after he donks and you are usually behind.

Call and see that river club. Easy game.

reasons to shove ?

kidacao theorem says "dont shove turn without a made hand on uNL, they call any pear or draw hoping to bink rivers" :P

depends on how much fold equity you think you've got. If high shove, if low call.

well isnt that obvious :P

I was +1 for calling. However, after thinking about it, I don't think a shove is a bad play. I agree with the above poster who said that his turn lead looks like a weak holding that doesn't want to get raised and wants to dictate the price to see a river card.

+1 for shoving.

I will shove for several reasons here

1) Makes your hand much easier to play

2) You DO have FE, but regardless, you dont need that much given how much pot equity you have vs his calling range (around 30%, maybe a lil less i dont have pokerstove for blackberry), plus the times he calls with a draw which you are favorite against (lets say T9hh, or T9cc or similar. )

3) You avoid making bigger mistakes on the river (calling with a worse hand, folding the best hand aka getting bluffed). Say you miss the river and he bets 1/2 pot, 1/3 pot or shoves with a missed combodraw something like that. Shoving the turn can never be a big mistake

4) Its good to take the pot down with A high here, whatever hand he has, has equity vs our hand.

5) makes your red line looks really cool

6) we will shove all our valuehands here (big Qx or beter)

7) why not?

Hope its enough

I agree with the shove, but I think I just prefer to raise to like $6 here.

Although any raise we do is committing, I feel this garners a lot more fold equity.

Why do we raise? Because we have a decent amount of fold equity, nice equity in the hand, and we want to stay aggressive - especially vs his mediocre range here.

so i tried to do the same on this other spot. im explaining my line on the spoiler ,prolly tldr

Spoiler:
i dont want to raise his donk because he might get in light and im willing to steal the pot on later streets but i guess im just going to spewland, should fold this flop and move on.

on the turn and river his betsizing seems weak (i think he only have Kx Qx or a FD and as grindcore says when his sizing remains the same, his hand value havent changed. So diamonds are out of the question as well most of the time.

now im trying to get him of pears and the board is helping me a lot to do that? (probably should be raising the turn and shoving the river)

meh those guys can souldread me

i probably just flat here tbh
most people dont take weird c/c donk lines
makes me suspciious
u got a good draw to flush and a few overcard outs
but a shove is probably not too awful either

if your read is that he was drawing on the flop/turn, he got there on the turn/river
