Thanks slyless, I've seen some recs merge weird hands like worse top pair and pair+draw in this line so I made the call:
Rec was playing 21/16/10 vpip,pfr,3bet and 71/53 flop turn cbet and seen him triple barrel with air before, felt very close but remembered some data on flop raises being overbluffed vs tiny cbets

Is this flop sizing correct? I know we downsize on a monotone boards but OOP don't we want to use a larger sizing?

Not necessarily, in 3bet pots gto cbet sizing doesn't really change all that much based on position. I'm simplifying to range bets and when node locking this line we lose <1% ev by range betting for 12-15% pot vs a mixed strategy. both recreationals and regs tend to play very poorly vs this size in oop 3bet pots.
