Playing 5NL against unknown. Stacks are 100bb.

MP limps. Hero has AcQc in HJ, raises to 4X. SB calls. MP calls.
[pot is $0.65]
Flop: Jh-5d-Qh
SB checks. MP checks. Hero bets $0.45. SB folds. MP calls.
Turn: As
[pot is $1.59]
MP checks. Hero bets $0.89. MP raises to $1.78.

I'm getting 4.5-to-1 on a call. Seem like I have enough equity to call:
ProPokerTools Hold'em Simulation
1,760 trials (Exhaustive)
board: J 5 Q A
Hand Pot equity Wins Ties
Ac Qc42.84% 666176
AJ, AQ, A5h, QJ, 55, JJ, KT57.16% 918176

I'm doing a little better if villain would check/raise Axh. Can I call here?

Yes I think calling the min raise is fine and then reevaluate the river.
