Think we can fold river, don't expect him to have many bluffs here (if any, given sizing) and he's obviously never vbetting worse. Turn is probably a vbet given he's prob a fish.

think we can get away OTT, but his sizing kinda makes it worth it
OTR we almost have to call again because his sizing is so small
Make a note that he bets small with sets and doesn't raise them on dry flops

Not betting the turn is a leak. E get value against a ton of top pairs and pair plus draws
