250 hands with V. 19VPIP / 18 PFR / 13 3bet.

River Raise looks pretty strong. V tank called on the flop, could have been considering a raise with an overpair or flush draw.

X flop. Curious as to why you bet, and for that size?

In a 3 bet pot out of position I am typically using a larger bet size. I am betting frequently on low card flops since I have all the overpairs. Maybe AQ and AK should be checks and all my K high hands should be bets.

We size up on paired boards, but this texture connects with villains range so we lose some nut advantage. A smaller size denies equity while not making villain's range too strong.

That makes sense. I am playing 2NL and still working on adopting a simple winning strategy.

With that being said. In 3 bet pots OOP would it be wiser to: always size down (1/3 pot), always size up (2/3 pot), or is there a simple metric I could use for determining when to do which?
Not saying I will always bet, just when I do which of the above would be the best strategy?

simplifying to ½ pot for < Q high boards and ¼ pot for K/A high boards will do u just fine

in theory u would play big bet on A/K high from BB 3b cuz u have polar 3b range but not much diff in EV with using small bet
