Was a friendly game, villain I don't mind if you post on this hand either, it was interesting.

Early-ish in the match, I had limped a few holdings on the button, and villain raised every time, villain is a good observant player so I tried to get tricky thinking he was just trying to raise me off my weak limping range (probably cost me). Interesting turn card, Ax combos are a large part of his range here I think, so as played is shoving correct here?

Bets manufactured around getting it in on the turn.
Thoughts would be appreciated

I don't really like preflop, but after that I think you played it fine against this guy.

I'm villian in this hand. There was a few things about the way the hand played out that had bluff written all over it.

It's just so unlikely that premium hands are in your range here. I had raised a few limps but definitely not all of them. Your not going to want me to check it back and let me have a free shot at out flopping you. Also, Its just generally hard to build large pots in limped pots and I was 3 betting frequent enough for you to be raising big hands 100% of the time in the hope of being reraised.

Flop: Bet sizing looked a bit bluffy because you hadnt been betting that large a percentage of pot before. Betting flop with your actual hand though is definitely fine though because you got so much equity.

Turn: I couldn't understand what hand your trying to represent here. Your trying to make it look like QQ+ pre and on flop, but i doubt your shoving a pot sized bet on the turn with QQ/KK given you think decent aces are a large part of my range here. So now your only trying to represent AA. This is just so unlikely because I have an ace, theres an ace on the turn, so your trying to convince me that you have the other two :P .

This hand is just a bit too much fancy play syndrome and could have been avoided if you just raised pre or folded pre rather than getting attached to a marginal hand

Are you serious? We have so much equity though, for what reason do we check back here?

I am a donk, and I think thats pretty silly...please enlighten me.

pre is bad

meh, i check back a ton of flops and dont think this is a good spot to check back. If we bet hell fold lots of suff like AT-AQ, small pps, QK KJ etc.
