V is 23 / 17 / 4 over 73 hands.

I think the low 3bet percentage convinced me to fold but maybe with just 73 hands I shouldn't make this assumption.

Yeah, 73 hands is a too small sample for determining 3-bet frequency.

OTT, of course it smells overpair, but there are also some ATs, perhaps even some KTs, QTs, JTs as well. Then there is AcX type of hands that semi-bluff strong draws. I'd call.

Thinking about it a bit more, I'd expect overpairs to bet slightly bigger OTF to set up a potsized bet OTT. That further makes me want to call.

4% is still tight over 70 odd hands.

To get 4% it’s like 1/24 possible spots for example? Or am I being thick?

I don't hate a fold here but if you fold JJ here I don't know what you are calling with. Are you folding QQ here too then? The looser he is the more I click call here and pray.
