The villain is hyper-aggro on the the flop, so if he connected I would have heard from him. I'm thinking that I should have check-folded the turn or is that move too weak?

Better question: "Is there a continuation spot?"

It'd be nice to know a little bit more about the villain. VPIP/PFR? Is he a fish or a reg? Any specific reads?

Given what we know, you're 142bb deep and OOP. You must tighten up your range in this spot. Also his larger than standard 3-bet size to 17.5bb is all the more reason to fold preflop.

Not necessarily. You've already put in more than half your stack by the flop and if he's got AK/KK+ he's better off letting you barrel off your stack (which you did). I would have folded TT preflop to the 3-bet but after he flats your 4-bet it's time to pack it in and c/f the flop. The sooner you folded this hand the better it would have been for you.

Your bet sizing on your 4 bet is absolutely horrendous. It should be at least $2. Unless he's maniac preflop, then you fold preflop.

Readless you should be folding everything but QQ+ to a 3bet.

Not this.

Fold pre in this spot though.
As played c/f flop, c/f turn.
