This has been on my mind for a long time. I'm convinced my stats can't be optimal:

Steal: 72

3-bet: 16

Agg Freq: 42 29 22

Check raise: 20 5 3

Cont bet: 65 46 55

170k hands, 10.7 bb/100, playing mostly fish.

I think I'm too passive preflop, too aggro on the flop and too passive/straightforward on turn and river.

I've had enough of bumhunting, but I'm thinking I will get exploited by good players with these postflop stats.

your stats should vary so much from person to person that i wouldn't put much care into huge sample. opening 60% of buttons could be perfect vs one person but others you should be opening 100% just as an example

that said opening 72% probably won't cut it vs good regs. the other numbers could all be fine or horrible depending on how you play or who you play

39% is tight but a ton of fish open <60% so it's probably okay

Im not one of those emphatic 100% guys but 72% steal is too low. make yourself open 85% for a week and see how u like it
